locked out
Yesterday I was locked out. I am
appealing the judgement, what can I
do today to get back in my apt?

I am assuming that you have already been to court for an unlawful detainer (eviction) hearing, and that you lost. Again,assuming that as correct, and you are appealing, the landlord can lock you out. The only recourse is to wait for the appeal to be heard, and if you win, the court will assess damages in your favor. Good luck.
