Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I lost an unlawful detainer case through default and now received a notice to vacate. If I can come to an agreement with the landlord, is it still possible to seal the eviction record so that it doesn't show up in a credit report? I'm still within 60 days of the day the unlawful detainer case was filed against me.

There is no such thing as sealing the record. You can ask the landlord to set aside the default.
