what can i do to make my land lord let me stay till the end of the month since i paid already this months rent ans=d she gave me a three day notice due to a nuisance that she has no proves of.

The three day notice might be defective if the landlord did not identify those who complained of the nuisance. All you need to do is abate whatever it is the landlord said you did. If you do not move within the three days, the landlord could file an unlawful detainer (eviction) lawsuit against you, and the matter would go to trial within a few weeks. Then, the landlord would have to prove that you committed a nuisance and that you did not abate it within those three days.
