what do i do when the manager where i live and used to work,turns off my heat and electricity trying to force me to move...has served me three 3 day notices but has file thru the courts the unlawful detainer papers to start eviction

Turning off heat and electricity in an effort to force an tenant to move is improper and illegal. A landlord must evict a tenant through the court system with an unlawful detainer. You can get an injunction against him and also sue him for damages.
