if a manager of a mobile home park is bad mouthing you to the other tenants is there anything we can do

There is no legal remedy unless the statements are false statements of fact, not opinion, and as a result of the false statements you suffer measureable economic damages, such as getting fired from a job or losing a contract or business deal. Otherwise it is not a matter for the law.
