Mandatory Hours of Operation

Can a landlord of a retail shopping center require ''mandatory center-wide'' hours of operation and exempt select businesses in the center from the ''mandatory center-wide'' hours?

Mr. Bennett is right. The answer that you seek should be contained in your lease agreement. Either review the lease or have an Attorney review it for you.
