Write or e-mail the management company, copy to the owner, that you do not recall ever signing such a document and the signature appers to have been added at a later date. Since the management company refuses to make the original of the document available and there is no reason fro such refusal except that it might support your position, you have no choice but to presume that yo never signed the document and so it legally has no force or effect. Whenever you are supplied with new, significant information as to the matter, you will reconsider your position.

Is the document so important to irriate the management company? The matter is so minor as compared to all the crimes the police have to take care of, no one is going to be interested in any possible fraud or false signing.
