maximum cleaning charges

I am about to move out of an apartment that i have had for 6 months nad hte landlord has done awalk through and given me estimates of waht they are going ot be charginh me from my security deposit for cleaning. I just needed to know what the maximum amounts are that they can charge and whatthey can and can not charge for. So far they said they are charging $110.00 for a cleaning $100.00 for painting and another $100.00 for a carpet shampoo.

These amounts seem reasonable. But, it depends on the size of your apartment. Isn't cleaning and shampooing the same thing. You shouldn't be charged for normal wear and tear. Also, review the lease agreement to be clear about the security deposit and how it can be charged. Good luck and thanks for inquiring.
