misrepresented rental property
Can I get a refund for monies I have paid to my landlord for his misrepresentaion of unit to my spouce and I whom are both disabled and feel we were taken advantage of?

Maybe.
It would be difficult to do on your own, and the misrepresentations must be major.
Retain a landlord tenant attorney ASAP.
