Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I own my mobil and rent a space in a mobil park, may landlord says its a ca. state law that says I have to give him a copy my home keys, he also states that I have tp give everyone in the parks my phone number.. we have a sex offender in the park and do not want to give him my number I do not feel safe doing this. if you can only answer one question please answer the key issue for me.

Tell your landlord to show you the law he/she is referring to, or tell you which code section it is so you can verify. Your landlord is full of it. Do not give anyone your home keys.
