moble home owner land renter

own a moble home space rent. rent 558.00 paid 500.00 was short 58.00 waiting to get the 58. figured to add late fee of 15.00 and turn in all rent thou it be late. never unable to pay ,1st time. receieved 3 day or quit with 60 day notice. immediatley gave 500. and with a letter stated i would pay the remainder+ late fee in 2 wks next pay. no response ,meanwhile gas and electric needed paid or shut off. wrote letter to park manager explaining i needed to pay gas and electric would it be okay if(month of october)when i pd nov. rent on time i put remaining rent +late fee no response. assumed it was okay since he excepted the 500. and did not tell me no to myprevious 2 letters. come novemeber 1st paid that rent in full with the remainder rent owed + late fee. still heard nothing and he excepted it since it was in his posession. week or so later recieved letter to come to office and pick up the money he does not except parical payments,60 day still in effect yet at this time all is paid in full and been in his posession with never responding to my letters and excepting the money. i called to make an appointment to speak with him face to face.he gave all moneys back and would not dicuss it. i have money not spent.help me &2 kids

He did not accept your rent. So, out you go. Time to start looking for a new place to live.
