Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Month to Month Lease
Do I have to give 30 days notice on a month to month lease? I am willing to pro-rate the portion I owe for the days that I am there. Please advise.

Re: Month to Month Lease
I assume you are the tenant.
You also give no facts to work with (in addition to who you are), and, thus, this cannot be answered.
You mat be able to break the lease early, but I need facts.
Assuming you are the tenant, and there is nothing else going on, you need to give 30 days notice.
