Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I moved in to my apartment May 31, 2009 and still have not received a copy of my lease (it's 09/22/09). I would like to get out of my lease, but I don't know the terms. What can I do?
I also have had three different property managers. Is it legal if my lease is not signed by the original property manager?
