moving out on a year lease early because roommate let drug addicts move in will this affect my parents credit who co signed lease

Yes, unless the landlord agrees to let you and your parents out of the lease. If the roommate does not pay the full amount of rent every month, the landlord can and will, pursue you, your parents, and every other person responsible under the lease for the up to the full amount due for the entire term of the lease. If you just leave without getting things worked out, you are inviting problems. Talk to your parents, the landlord and maybe a local landlord tenant attorney.
