Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Hi mr. shers i can prove i am telling the truth the landlords prove is write proof . but i have video proof there have been telling the tenants to sign letters to evicted but the tenants can hit and egg our apartment up and call us racist slurs but they ok the landlord can get an attorney but i' am not allowed a lawyer because i am broke and the lanldlords are rich and powerful by word is trash and the landlords side of the story is to attorneys i don't under stand the whole point i am making is we have suffer living here not the other tenants people have seen the truth on you tube but attorneys can't see who is telling the hum i wonder how people can ever sue people if they have to here both party . of corse the landlords can sound like angles and they did there job of lanldording which they didn't they are kicking us at. the landlords attorney is suing me for money when all i have ssi i can't believe that attorney would want to take money from me when i ' am learning disabled person

You have clearly up some of the situation but I am not sure what question you are really asking. Lawyers are in a business so they have to charge for the work they do; that means they normally will not take a case in which they will not be paid. If your lease has an attorney fees clause they might take the case once they know how good of a case it is. Legal Aid often takes such cases. You are too far away from where I work [Union City] for me to be involved. Sorry.
