You need to do a few things. First, yes, take pictures. Second, before (I assume it is) your landlord comes to take a look, you should have contacted your own environmental company to come take samples, and to sample the air. Proving that mold and moisture in your apartment has caused health issues is not as simple as showing pictures and stating that you are coughing - you have to first prove that the mold and fungus in the apartment has reached a level where it is a risk to your health. You also have to prove that the specific mold and fungus in your apartment is of the dangerous variety. You also need a doctor to assess why you are having these coughing attacks. Not all molds and fungi are dangerous, or cause health issues. Ugly - yes; gross - yes, but not always a risk to health. At a minimum, take the pictures. If they do not take steps to remediate or fix the problem tomorrow, then get your own inspection.
