Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I have neighbors who double park constantly. They have no regard for other homeowners and have been told by the home owners association fee to please respect your neighbors, and still continue to double park. The police have already been called about the situation but can not do anything since I live in a gate community which is considered private property. What other actions can I take?

The HOA is responsible for enforcing parking regulations. You need to push the HOA to do something about this. There may be a dispute resolution process available through the governing documents. Check the cc&rs;, etc. for any such process.
