Notice To Terminate Tenancy

You are herby notified that the lease agreement of the certain premises described as 245 Elm Drive occupied by you as tenants in the County of, State of, expires on March 1st 2005 at 12:00 o�clock midnight.
Sixty days notice is being given to terminate tenancy beginning on the date you receive this letter. Please respond within ten days of receiving this notice in writing confirming when you will no longer be in possession of the said premises.
Rent for the month of March 2005 will be based on the number of days you remain in possession of the premises at a rate of $48.00 per day. Upon a satisfactory inspection of the premises your security deposit will promptly be refunded.

Your notice is too ambiquous. I suggest you give a simple 60 day notice that tenancy is terminated. If they do not leave, then an unlawful detainer should be filed and you should get the daily rent. If the lease ends on March 1, 2005, you are not required to give a notice, but you should send a simple reminder of the termination of the lease.
