If the owner of an apartment complex called Seagull Villa (655 Pacific Ave. Crescent City CA. 95531), is CC Seagull Villa L.P., with an address of 499 Leslie St. Ukiah, CA. 95482,according to the County Assessor's Office, how can a Tenant know who the actual landlord is?
