Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I'm a owner of a building just changed the building name to a LLC. wanted to update one of the leases with a new lease that was just signed 2 months ago. Is this possible.

Tenant is paying on the 5 every month and I need to change that clause with the updated payment info as well.

If the tenant is willing to change the terms then sure, there is no reason I can think of why not. Talk to them about it and explain why you are doing it.

None of your post makes any sense. Did you change the business name, or the building name? An LLC is a legal entity that is a form of business ownership. It has nothing to do with buildings.

How do you update a lease with a lease that was already signed? You can't change the rent due date of rent without the tenant's consent.
