New owner wants us to move

My rental unit was sold and the previous owner gave me a 30 day notice to terminate tenancy. Does the new owner have to give me a 30 day notice or will the old owners stand up in court?

The new owner will have to stand up in court and prove that you were given a 30 day notice. He can do this by asking you, "Did you get a 30 notice?"
