parking rights

we live in a town house. and the property management is saying that if i don't drive my truck every day they can tow it because they deam it an unused vehicle. what right do they have if it is parked in front of my garage at my unit. according to the cc&r's i am allowed to park in front of my garage if the vehicle does not fit inside.

Once I got to ccr's, you were in trouble.

HOA's have been making their own laws for years, and the courts are very reluctant to rule on anything covered by the HOA.

Take your parking problem to the next board meeting, and e-mail all you know within park to attend on your behalf.
