better parking space @ my apt
hello again,
i need to know what can i do about my landlord not movin me to--name removed--better parking space ,when--name removed-- tenant's move's out . he moves people 1 parking space over. every time someone moves out .where im parked right now i got the trash bin next to me so i have to move once--name removed--week for the trash to be pick'd up & since i dont have covered parking birds shit on my car & i got to wash it more often. i asked him why im being passed up everytime he tell's me the owner want's to keep me there .we had some trouble with other tenants scratching or denting my car when they get off there's , and he moved them over .the owner charge's $10 dollars to park where im at & $20 for--name removed--2 car covered port . i know he doesn't like us but my money's good! . i always pay my rent on time not like some other tenants . what can i do to stop the kind of thing. i just want my car safe & clean,plz help

Write a certified letter to manager, return receipt requested.
Put in that letter exactly what you want, and tell him if it is not resolved satisfactorily within 7 days, you will file suit in Small Claims court.
If there is no answer, do not hesitate to sue.
