Parties to an Eviction Suit

Can an apartment manager, who lacks ownership of a property, sue to evict a tenant from that property?

No!

Manager could do all of the paperwork, but owner must sign, or complaint is defective.

Frequently the landlord is a corporation, and then, one of the corporate officers signs.
