Partners in Joint Tenants--one partners POA Ransacks private bedroom , and r

Can I charge her with trespassing, and stealing mail addressed to me? She ransacked my private bedroom went thru my drawers read mail from both partners who are currentl incarcerated. She actually took out of the house approx 20 letters from the person she is POA for, but clearly written to me. Can I charge her with anything? If so how would I go about it? Charge Involved?
