do i have to pay for relocation of tenant if asked to leave with in next 3 months because i want to sell the building

If your property is governed by the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance, then you have to pay relocation assistance to all tenants whose tenancies you wish to terminate. This assistance can be as little as $7000 or as much as $18,300, depending on the tenant. However, if you are selling the building, what do you care about the tenancies?
