Do i have to pay rent to the successor landlord of a foreclosure property if 90 days notice received?

I am a bona fide tenant the old landlord got my security deposit and runaway. New landlord of the foreclosure property asking me for rent and evict the property in 90 days. Do I have to pay the rent during those 90 days?

Of course you do. You don't get to live rent free just because your tenancy ends in 90-days any more than if you had a year lease that was running out in 90-days and the landlord informed you that it would not be renewed. If you don't pay your rent they can evict you immediately and you lose the 90-day protection of the law. One bright piece of news, though, the new landlord owes you your deposit as if they had been your landlord all along, less any legal deductions of course.
