people squatting in my house

I allowed a woman with three children to live rent free in my house. She has lost custody of the children and moved other people onto the property. I will need my house back soon. Is there a way to get her to move short of starting an eviction?

No!.

Serve her with 30 day notice, then file an unlawful detainer.
