Does a non-monetary ''possession only'' judgment have a negative impact on your credit score?

Yes. First, it still appears as a judgment in a lawsuit against you. I don't know that anyone can tell you what the impact will be, because the credit scoring models are proprietary - I believe only someone within one of the companies that use the model could tell you the exact impact. Second, most property management companies use a different type of credit reporting agency - one specific to landlords - and it combines credit score with public records of evictions and other matters related to tenancies. You can have a perfect credit score, and still be denied for an apartment because of an eviction.
