Possession of real property
An agent/employee of a bank I'm in litigation with changed the locks on my home and then gave me the keys.Am I right that possession has been restored to me as a result of the tendering to me of the keys?

We need to know more about the nature of the litigation, the causes of action (claims), whether you sought an injunction, etc. You should talk to your attorney about this matter.
