Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

posting notice at apartment complex

i recently received info on sending a certified letter to my leasing office . The leasing office is moving their office into our fitness center while their office is remodeled, offereing us another location to use during this period, across town for 3 months. I want to post a flyer in protest of this for all the tenants to see and possibly have other tenants sign a petition. Can I legally do this without penalties.

You cannot post anything on the apartment complex property without the property owner's permission (through their management company).
