What is the proper way to evict a pot growing tenant the police already came and confinscated all the plants What should I do next

File a 3 day notice to quit (sample forms available here at Law Guru, or several other places on the web.

You can evict immediately after that (assuming tenant refuses to move.

You must serve the 3 day notice, or mail it, if no one home.
