prejudgement possesion

i rent a house in anaheim when i moved i knew nothing about what was going on with house the house was being bought by city for street widening prohect title was up in the air between bank in owner owner doesnt call me back and today i recieve a order authorizing prejudgement possesion which was filed on june 24 how long do i have and how can i get owner to give me my deposit.

You need to retain an attorney ASAP.

As to how long, read the paper work you were served with.

The new owner has to refund your deposit, if the old owner does not.
