Privacy Issues Concerning Name at front gate of complex

My apartmentcomplex just put in a new gate at the entrance however the box at the gate shows not only the Apartment number but also the name of the person. For various reasons, one being I am a single woman alone, I do not want my name shown. They can have the Apt # next to the appropriate buzzer there but I want my name to remain off it. What are my rights and can I quote some statute or something when I contact the Management company.

Hire me to write write a letter to them telling them of your concern. they will see that you have an attorney and that your attorney has documented a safety concern. They will probably not want to risk something happening to you, because then, if was "foreseeable" as you documented it - arguably making them responsible.
