Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I have a property that includes a horse stall and am renting out the horse stall. The tenants keep about 10 horses there and I am worried about accidents that may happen on the property and do not want to be responsible. Do you know how I would draft a contract in order to not be liable in case something happens? Thank you for your help!

You can and should have an indemnity clause in your rental agreement, but that is only as good as the assets of the indemnitor (your renters). If they can't satisfy a judgement for an accident to a third party, they can still come after you in most cases. An insurance policy is usually far better protection than any contract. You should also require your renters to carry insurance.
