Property lease
If the owner of a property inofrms me that they are going to sell the property, am I still bound by the lease?

The new owner of the property takes the property subject to the lease, assuming it's for a definite length of time. So, the answer is yes, unless you can negotiate something different. The new owner might have been counting on the income from your rental when he/she purchased the property.
