property left by tenant

my tenant is in jail, his lease is up and his property is left on my rental property, can i get rid of it?there are 2 vehicles(working ?) and a mobile trailer (45 ft. long)

Find his address, and send 3 day notice. Also, ask him about arrangements for his property. (certified mail, and keep a copy). If he agrees, you can take unpaid rent out of deposit. You still must evict him, and then, if property is not picked up within two weeks, you can sell it. You still need to account for the sale, and return excess money to him, after deducting your costs and expenses.
