If the property mngment co. didnt list my $500 pet deposit on the moveout statement at all...as if i never paid it....and after i asked them 3 times to list it and account for it so i can use it towards my charges....they turned it over to collections and told me i needed to pay the amount due...and never fixed the statement to show the $500 so they kept it...didnt account for it even being paid...didnt account for where it went...and is asking me to pay out another $500 to cover the charges that the first $500 should have covered. after asking 3 times they refused to account for it...do i have a good casee=

Yes you have a good case if the landlord fails to account for the deposit. You will have to prove how much total you paid though.
