your landlord has a duty to maintain habitable premises under most situations. if you have a bat problem and have been displaced due to the fact that your landlord has NOT remedied the situation, then you are entitled to recover damages due to this displacement. if you would like further legal advice and/or representation in this matter, please email my law firm asap and give us a more detailed account of your case.

The Landlord's duty to provide habitable premises is implied in every lease. The damages you have suffered as a result of the displacment can be recovered.
