Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Can anyone provide any information/resources for the Unlawful Detainer/Eviction Process for tenants that are in subsidized housing.

It's not really clear what resources/information you are looking for. The California Court system has information on their site. Most county courts in California have information for both landlords and defendants on their websites. None of that is specific to subsidized housing. You might check with the Cal Dept. of Housing and Community Development, with your local housing agency, and even the department from whom you are being subsidized. Short of doing some extensive internet searching and/or spending a lot of time in a law library, I am not sure where to point you.
