Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Public Storage has contacted me again telling me my belongings will be sold February 8th 2011.
They had already told me my stuff had been sold back in December 2010. I have filed an opposition to lien sale with them but was told that it does not work anymore in California as the Laws have changed. Do I have any Legal recourse, Please Help. Thanks.
