Being pushed around by management

what leagal right would a property management company have to tow your vehicle? I am an unlicensed driver who was given a vehicle. I keep it clean. or at least I try. I have an injury to my arm so I cant clean it on a regular basis. I have no one to drive it. The vehicle is in my own stall. how can I stop them? I have a non-op on the vehicle only because I have no one to drive it. please help i dont want it towed. MY fiance will be home on july 20, 2006. The vehicle does run however after sitting for a while prolly needs a battery. thank you

What seems to be the issue is that the car is becoming unsightly. If you can't wash it, hire someone to wash it. If it's a matter of it facing the wrong way (which is stupid and petty) hire someone to turn it around. Ask a neighbor. Also, assuming the apartment lease provides a parking space, you are entitled to park a car there as long as it's in good condition. Good luck.
