Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Hi, I have a question about California landlord and tenant law. I've been living in Davis, CA for two months. For the past two months, I did not recieve my mail box key and mails. After repeatedly attempts to resolve this issue with my lease management. They failed to fulfill their promises for the past two months.
I've read the CA landlord and tenant law. In order to withhold our partial/complete rent until the problem is fixed, the issues are needed to be related to health and safety. I want to exercise my right to have this mail box key issue fixed. Do I have the right to withhold the rent for this issue? Will I get evited for failed to make complete rent payment?

Rather than withholding rent, and putting your tenancy at risk, have you tried contacting the post office. There is likely to be some postal regulation that is being violated here.
