Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My question is the landlord have the right to make me sign in my guess or visitors at the office every time they come to visit during day hours? the office sent a letter to me stying that if I dont sign in my day visitors "NO OVERNIGHT" just regular visitors to the office they will be acused for trasspessing??? they are inside my apartment with my permission is this a legal practice from my landlord also she provide a parking space for our unit but she demands that your cr have to hve current pid plates and insurnce in your name in order to use your prking space and if you dont hve the sticker she provide for ONLY your car, you are towed at your expense but no day visitors cn use your parking space not even for emergency unloading just couple weeks ago I have to pay $65.00 for my sister car to be put down from the tow truck for been park at MY assigned parking space with my permission to unload groceries from the store two truc was at the address in less than 25 minutes and thnks to my neighbor I learn that my sister car is been towed away without any warning even when the manager see us unloading and knwing whos car was that. so why I am paying for a parking space if I cant use it?
