Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Question We live in a city owned apartment and is section 8 .but whe pay regular renters. My landlord has advised my self and my naigber's that if we allow an old tenent that allegedly had been evicted, wuld also be evicted our selfs.(note) he dose not live white eny one in the complex her just comes by whith out notice.he is aqueoused of been a dealer not a proven fact. which is her actual stat ment.howe ar whe at falt if that persen drops by whith out been invited.

You have to follow the rules. If you are not allowed to have them in your unit, you have to turn them away. If they are uninvited, why are you letting them in? You can't be evicted if they come to your door and you say go away, but if letting them in is against the rules, and you break the rules, you can be evicted too. Simple as that.
