Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Hello, My question is this..... If a person rents a home can the land lord come to the property any time they want and have parties and have friends camp out in my yard for three days anytime they want and do construction on the property anytime they want??? I spoke with the landlord regarding this numerous times and I started documentating by taking photos and video. Is there any thing that I can do now that he is making up move out?

No the landlord cannot do that. It is a violation of the covenant of quiet enjoyment. You can take the landlord to court over it. You should contact an attorney.
