Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Real Estate
My roomates were moving out in San Francisco I was going to buy a
condo but it fell through. Three girls wanted to move in. I did tell them I thought I was moving out in August.
I am not on the lease but would like to stay there. Do I have any rights?

Re: Real Estate
No.
You should call the landlord ASAP, and tell him/her you are interested in staying, and see if the premises are still available. If so, perhaps you will not have to move.
Based on your statement, you will be expected to vacate on, or about, August 31.
