Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I received a 60-day notice to vacate a home in Los Angeles, from my landlord. It has his name typed, but it is unsigned. A Google search of the issue indicates that the notice must be signed, but I cannot find any law to support it. Is there a code section that directs the landlord to actually sign the notice?
