Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
We received a 3 day notice to vacate on Saturday. It was posted on our door. It states that we have 90 days if we show that we are tenants. It only has my name (misspelled) and all tenants, subtenants, and others in possession. A realtor came and talked to me and that's how he got my name only. The new owner (bank) wants to market and sell it. This is the result of a foreclosure on the landlord. It was dated 10/15 but posted 10/17. I have not received a copy in the mail yet. I am looking for advice for next steps.

If you are tenants, provide them proof, and then plan to move in the next 90 days.
