Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I received a "Notice to Vacate" today. It states that I have to vacate the premises by tomorrow. Don't I have more time than that. Also it's a situation in which I am living with my boyfriend. I was not told to pay any rent (I can't anyhow,unemployed at the time). Please Help.

Sounds like they already went to court and got a judgment against you. Was this notice form the County Sherif? If it was the only way to stop it is to get a stay of execution form the court which sounds like it maybe too late.
